Senior Backend Developer Interview Experience - Milan, Italy
Process
I applied in May for a Senior Backend Engineer position in Milan.
I attended the first step, a technical interview, a couple of weeks after my application and received good feedback after more than one month. The second step was an interview with the HR Lead. I also passed the interview with HR successfully, and they said they were going to prepare the job offer.
After waiting for more than a month (at the beginning of July) for the offer, I inquired, and they informed me that the position had been withdrawn.
Not one of my best experiences at all.
