Pros: It's good company having the same product and related research to go on for a long time. You can see yourself growing with multiple roles.
Cons: Bad increment and not good company policies.
Health and other benefits were changed due to Covid and other things.
There was a really bad attitude from HR and other staff. I am really not sure if this is the Siemens I joined.

Pros: Work-life balance
If you're lucky, you can work on new technology (cloud, machine learning).
Cons: No clear career development plan, no clear milestones.
Smaller income than average.
No good practices for development. Sometimes your job would be refactoring really old code.
