The company is good, and you will get a lot of benefits.
Mental health at work heavily depends on the team and the project you’re part of. In my case, a project that could have been straightforward became unnecessarily complicated, which affected the team’s overall morale. As a result, many colleagues either left the company or moved to other projects.
Managers also need to be evaluated. Just because someone holds the title of manager doesn’t mean they should take advantage of employees’ basic needs like holidays, work-from-home, and other essential benefits.
