After applying on the careers site, HR called to ask for my current and expected CTC. A technical interview was then scheduled.

After clearing the technical round, a managerial round took place. I sent all requested documents to HR and was hoping to receive the offer letter soon.

Two days later, I received an automated email stating my rejection, with no feedback provided.

I believe the reason was salary constraints, as they do not pay according to market standards. However, they should not have wasted my time, as I shared my expectations at the beginning.

The interviewers were nice, but overall, it was a disappointing experience. I did not expect this from Siemens.

Not many technical questions. Just basic stuff.
