Pros: Work-life balance, good culture, employee-friendly.

Cons: NA NA NA NA NA

Pros: - Great office space. - Close to where I live. - Free coffee (though no decaf). - Flexibility to develop as you wish. - Free parking under a garage. - Near a pretty good town. - Minimal office politics.

Cons: - Management only cares about keeping the number of defects down and the number of hours down, with little to no nuance beyond that. - They add in wild safety policies that are much too easy to exploit. - Very little investment in effective training or learning activities. They only provide $5,000 a year for education, and you can't do full-time education. - Despite statements to the contrary, they do not value work-life balance and frequently expect you to work late, giving no leniency. - Higher-ups are constantly breathing down your neck. - They make us go into the office, yet people have been getting COVID while in the office.

Pros: Good culture, talented people, good nature.

Cons: The small office cafeteria is not that big.
