Process
I was contacted unscheduled by phone about two weeks after applying and was asked to interview on the spot. I thought it would be an HR phone screen, but nope, it was a technical interview. It would have been nice to have had a chance to at least review the job description beforehand; I was definitely caught off guard. Five minutes after getting off the phone, I received a canned rejection letter.
