Process
I received a call from HR and had some questions in English. Then, I was interviewed for a trainee position, all in English. They asked deeper questions about technologies; I think it was way beyond the trainee level.

Deceptive Hiring Process, Poor Experience
Software License Manager • Former Employee
Lisbon, Lisbon District, Portugal
November 11, 2021
Pros: I understand that working in some areas can be really great, but others are really bad.
Cons: I was hiring through LinkedIn. The hiring manager told me it was permanent, but it took almost six months to hire me. He then told me it had to be temporary (three to six months) through an outsourcing company. I accepted. After that, I discovered that many people were in the same situation. Once they understood that they couldn’t hire people directly, they started a smear campaign to make people resign.
