If your employee wants to move or change a position, help them in doing so. Being helpful will benefit everyone instead of creating a negative situation that causes disdain.

1. Phone Screening 2. Technical interview: I was asked what programming language I preferred. Then, I was provided with code in that language and asked to walk through it step by step, explaining the output and how it works.
