The working conditions are above average for the area. The pay is comparable to the area. Although being a large company, it feels like you are working for a small company.
The good old boys club is alive and well.
If you are a female, there is definitely a glass ceiling. The management in the manufacturing area is very unprofessional.
Start looking at innovation within the organization and not just follow the lead from Europe. The company has many talented individuals which could be leveraged and produce some exciting new products.
