Good working environment
Flexible schedule. They will let you take classes and will not stop you from getting an MBA/MS for advancement. You can ask most people for help, and almost everyone is kind and helpful. Siemens hires people for their talent and skills. I have seen other places where management hires employees based on their personal appearances. Here, they expect to get work done.
The work environment is sometimes a little stressful. Employees are scared of making mistakes.
