Pros

Good benefits, good workers, competitive pay, a safe environment to work in, good lower to middle management, and lots and lots of meetings.

Cons

Siemens worldwide does not take care of its older, dedicated, and skilled employees, including those of consistent high performance. Years of tenure should equal higher pay, which gives the company instant cash flow. I had 42 years of tenure, while two other employees who were laid off had 35 years and 45 years. All were highly rated employees. Money overrides loyalty. Heartless upper management.

Advice to Management

Take care of the loyal employees that helped get Siemens to where they are in their respective industries.
