A very good employer in terms of flexibility and wellbeing. They really promote healthy working and continued development. The office and hardware are also acceptable for the job being undertaken, and the atmosphere is nice. Good management structure and personal growth opportunities allow for undertaking additional responsibilities or different projects. Overall, a very good employer.
Long time to promotion. Workload can be heavy at times, so time management skills are essential.
