This is a very good company in terms of work environment. Freedom to work, and the most admirable thing is work-life balance.
Very little expenditure on training. No growth opportunities. Many times supervisors are not fit for their jobs, and because of this, their attitude is not to support the growth of their subordinates. Feelings of responsibility are low. Everything used to work based on personal follow-up by support functions.
Remove the bureaucracy-kind of environment. Reevaluate supervisors and managers regularly. Provide growth opportunities to every employee and spend some money on this.
