Poor management; the management is highly biased. People are not good. There is a poor culture, and nobody is interested in sharing product information.
Technical/Project managers are not technically sound and are not open to adopting or listening to new ideas. Managers get special attention, and HR gets super attention. Tea and snacks are served in their rooms.
There are no team-building activities. I have never seen any thoughtful programs in the company on festivals.
Treat all employees equally; give all employees equal rights.
