Most employees are from Persistent, hence it is more like working in Persistent rather than Siemens. Siemens is just a name.

Manager was the worst; got feedback after 1.5 years that performance was not up to the mark. When asked to change the project, I was told that no project was available, hence I needed to be put on a PIP.

A lot of lateral hires are facing the same problem. Even senior managers were sacked after some dirty politics.

Zero work for developers. Do indeed join if you are a tester.

Nobody has operational independence.
In short, it's a better paying Infy, Persistent, or Cognizant. It is not an MNC; don't expect such things from this company.
