Great for Istanbul, very low salary compared to the West
- One of, if not the best, employers in Turkey considering the benefits.
- Opportunity for growth, budget for education and travel.
- Very little time pressure.
- OK salary for Turkey – pays better than banks etc.
- Toxic people filling the gaps in the corporate hierarchy and sucking the life out of you.
- Most work is not really exciting.
- Subsidiary of Siemens Germany. Teams get dismissed arbitrarily.
- Extremely low salary compared to the rest of the world.
- Too many work hours.
- No meaningful career path, just gotta wait your years out and fulfill arbitrary requirements.
