This was a waste of time. I received a call from a recruiter, then a senior manager. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but dragged to an hour. They asked irrelevant questions, seemingly to waste the company's time as well as mine.

They also share the expectation that you will ensure your goals align with their intentions for both the short and long term, and they will outline what they are looking for.
