Work-life balance, flexibility, employee care, quality of work in a few projects.
If your manager is from Germany, then you are lucky.
Very low salary. No additional perks like on-site opportunities or relocation. No bonus, no party, no gift vouchers, no free meals, etc. No visibility for IJP, and not possible to change teams. The organization is very big, so there's no visibility about the company. Indian managers play politics and show more favoritism. Nowadays, Indian managers are forcing people to come to the office with less flexibility. More power is given to Indian management.
All projects must be handled from Germany only. Increase the German people in management rather than Indian managers. Remove the Indian managers (non-technical) who simply manage resources as they have been with the company since childhood. They decide employee salaries and all, even though they have never directly worked on any project.

The first two rounds were really good. Both interviewers were professional and empathic. However, the last interview with Mr. Amit Kumar was terrible. He rejected me because he thought I had more experience in DevOps than in Python. I spent an hour
CV submit, followed by a call from HR, and then a final technical interview with other engineers and the head of the department. Very easygoing and relaxed, although I was a bit nervous, as it was my first real interview.
