Recruiters kept talking about how they're not looking for perfection but collaboration and thinking process... It's not the case. The actual interviewer pretty much told me to stop talking and just complete the exercise.

It's two medium LeetCodes, 30 minutes each. Also one 30-minute presentation and two system designs.
