I went through a recruiter and was set up to chat with an engineer for a phone screen.

I definitely felt all questions were fair, but I wasn't very prepared for it.

The only feedback was that I felt very question-oriented until prompted; not much information was given regarding the role or what it's like working at Slack.

All pretty standard, but it covered a wide scope of all areas.
