Senior Software Development Engineer Interview Experience
Process
I applied online through their website. A recruiter reached out one week later, asking for my availability to chat. I booked a time using the link they provided.
Just one hour before the scheduled call, I received a rejection email stating my skills didn't strongly align with the requirements. I'm not sure how the recruiter decided to chat with me before reviewing my resume. It felt very unprofessional!
