Process
Hiring seems to be competitive inside the company, where it becomes clear to the candidate that there is infighting. The recruiter tried really hard to limit my application only to the team they supported. They went over some usual recruiter questions and showed a lot of excitement, but only in terms of the position they were supporting.
When I asked about a different position, I could sense evasion.
After a week, the recruiter called back, telling me I did not have the right skills. This was hilarious. The company is struggling with culture and values, it seems.

Basically, if you are looking to work with the best and brightest people you ever will in your career… steer clear, and you will be sadly disappointed.

Quality of life highly depends on the team.
