The interview process consisted of three parts: a telephone screening and two separate on-site face-to-face sessions (one technical, one behavioural) at their offices in London.
All three sessions were very positive and informative. They gave me the opportunity to meet with and talk to six different members of the London team about various aspects of myself, themselves, and the company.
This may sound intense, but the entire process was incredibly relaxed and very conversational, as opposed to the more traditional question-and-answer type interview.
Personality and cultural fit played a big part, which was not only refreshing and encouraging but also aligns well with the company's "human-centric" approach.
The overall experience left me enthusiastic not only about the role but also the company, the projects I'd be working on, and the people I'd be working with.
Question-wise, there were no problems. They are not trying to catch you out, so just be honest and open with them about your experiences and what you're looking for, as they will be with you.
