Unfortunately, the drawbacks of working here tend to overshadow the benefits.
The phrase “Fiercely human” is more of a branding tagline than a reflection of the actual culture.
Over the past year, I observed a consistent pattern of disregard for employee well-being, empathy, and professional respect from leadership. The work environment had a noticeable impact on my mental health. I was criticized for taking time off for religious observances, expected to attend meetings on my days off that led nowhere, and contacted during non-working hours to accommodate others’ vacation schedules.
Technical feedback was often dismissed, even when aligned with client needs, and leadership pushed to meet deadlines regardless of long-term quality or system sustainability. Attempts to collaborate with client infrastructure teams were blocked, and being spoken to aggressively—even for issues beyond my control—was something that I came to expect. Communication around deadlines and responsibilities was often vague or completely lacking. It left me feeling alone, undervalued, and blamed.
Technical debt was knowingly introduced into deliverables, with no clear plans for addressing it.
If you’re looking for a workplace that genuinely supports and includes its people, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. And if you’re a client, be aware that some of the systems delivered may be the result of burnout and shortcuts.
Please foster a more constructive environment. When team members share best practices or offer input based on industry standards, it is important to listen and engage with respect rather than dismissing their contributions.

There were 3 rounds in total, the first 2 being phone interviews and the last one face-to-face. The interview process was smooth and great. Most of the questions were related to my previous work experience and what are my expectations in the new ro
Three different interviews. The recruiter was pretty technical and knew exactly what was being sought. It took about 4 weeks total. I also liked the interview with the first technical recruiter, who is pretty smart. The third one was very myopic and
