First contact was a phone screen with the practice lead about my background and some general software questions about things on my resume.
Next stage was an onsite interview with two members in the practice. The first interview was software problem-solving questions (not traditional whiteboard algorithm questions). The second interview was more about DevOps concepts, CI/CD, pipelining, branching strategy, etc.
The final interview was a hands-on problem of explaining the process of deploying a simple app to production on a local machine, followed by a short wrap-up with the practice lead.
