Process
It's the opposite of the Mantel Group; very organized and well-structured. The first step is with talent acquisition. Then, there are two rounds of technical interviews, which are run by a single interviewer and one shadow interviewer.
Questions
Each interview took an hour, and the format consisted of practical questions and answers. They covered most of the topics related to a day-to-day job.
