The interview process started relatively informally. I had breakfast with a recruiter and a QA Manager. The follow-up included two Skype interviews, and the final round was with three people in the Boston office. I got a good vibe from everyone I met. Most of the process was conversational. There was some surprise whiteboarding with one of the more technical people, but the rest was pretty informal and non-technical. I was given a contingent offer, in the event that they secured a client engagement. I was also given an offer at another company, so they removed the contingency, and I joined this company. The entire process took 2-3 weeks.
