I talked with two different internal recruiters after applying online.
Then, I had an interview with a more technical member who asked me how I'd handle different situations.
After that, I was invited onsite for four separate one-on-one interviews, which were pretty easy. They were again mostly situational or probing where I wanted to be with my career.
Lastly, I had an hour-long, relatively technical interview.
While the overall process took a bit of time, it was pretty easy, and everyone I talked to was very nice and gracious.
I'm a bit let down with Slalom, though, for wasting so much of my time and never giving me a firm "no." I would say I stumbled a bit on the last interview but did well on the other six interviews.
I followed up after they had been very responsive to me, and they just ghosted me.
Honestly, I would have been very happy to just receive an email that said "no."
