I talked with two different internal recruiters after applying online. Then, I had an interview with a more technical member who asked me how I'd handle different situations. After that, I was invited onsite for four separate one-on-one interviews,

Started with an HR discussion, followed by a technical discussion. This is not a traditional interview process, but rather a debate kind. It was a very good experience. I would like to suggest other organizations follow the same approach.
