Pros: Work life balance is great! Working between different industries and clients keeps work interesting. Flexibility of remote work. A lot of focus on personal and technical growth.

Cons: Work experience can vary depending on which client project you are working on. Compensation is average for the market, and promotions and salary raises depend heavily on overall company performance, which can spoil your bonus and promotion chances despite high personal performance.

Pros: The culture was strong once upon a time. Pay used to be competitive.

Cons: Lost a lot of its characteristics during the layoff.

Pros: - Multiple learning platforms are sponsored for employees. - Certification exam fees are sponsored. - Great people and supportive colleagues. - Promotion is transparent and self-initiated with peer reviews.

Cons: - No job security. - You either are on the bench or on a project where work-life balance is almost non-existent with aggressive clients' timelines.
