I was contacted by a recruiter over LinkedIn, then forwarded to the regional HR specialist. The positions described to me were not very accurate, and to some extent, didn't exist. When I had a formal interview with the engineering director, it seemed the HR specialist and the director were not in sync, and the position description was not what I had in mind. Overall, the team was competent and polite, but the communication during the process was a letdown.
