First, they called me for an hour to talk and give rapid-fire questions on software engineering, data structures, C++, and OOP, including topics like inheritance versus polymorphism. The second round was an onsite interview. I had the Fibonacci recursion question with database (SQL) questions, then a behavioral one. I think they put a lot of emphasis on behavior; be curious, learn about the company, and be genuine. It was a great experience; they were quick and transparent.
