Spanned 8 months due to COVID.
Met initially with the recruiter, then the people manager in person, then other team members, the practice lead, and the GM in succession virtually.
The presentation to the team was done virtually.
Overall, while the mock proposal/presentation took a fair amount of time to prepare for, the entire process was one of the best I'd experienced.
In addition to person-specific questions, I asked nearly everyone the same couple of questions around teamwork/purpose and was encouraged by the similarity of answers (without being rote).
The recruiter was a particular standout, taking an unusual situation due to the virus and making sure I was kept well-informed, had answers to my questions, and helped arrange in-person chats with my would-be manager.
Overall a superlative process.
