Process
The first step was a phone screen with a senior technical lead within the QA department. The phone screen was cordial and included time for me to ask questions and learn about the department I'd be working in. Then the screener asked me to summarize my skills and experience on a long list of QA topics. I was then brought in to interview with 5 different people over the course of 3 visits. They were very straightforward and honest throughout the process.
