Process
Interviews were conducted over a series of about six phone calls and remote meetings. Meetings included members of the Salesforce delivery practice as well as members of the leadership team. Slalom's goal was both to understand a skill set base and to evaluate culture fit.
Questions
The questions changed depending on who was conducting the interview. Some focused specifically on Salesforce technology; others focused on past experiences from projects and client engagements.
