Solutions Architect Interview Experience - Tysons Corner, Virginia

Process

The process was very straightforward. Throughout, it was very conversational and focused on getting to know you as a candidate.

The entire process took about five weeks from initial interview to offer.

An introductory round (phone screen) with a recruiter was to talk about Slalom, largely looking for basic fit. Next came a basic technical phone screen with a team member in a similar role. The next three rounds were with the practice area team members I would be working with. This round tested for technical ability and general soft skills needed for client-facing work. The next two rounds were with the local leadership team. This phase had a heavy focus on cultural fit.
