I went through the interview process twice, once in March and again in September, so it might not be the same for everyone. However, both interviews were quite similar.

I was reached out to by a recruiter, who then put me through to the hiring team.

The process included:

• An initial take-home test
• A video conference with people in a similar role to go over my implementation and discuss ways to improve it
• Similar calls with their CTO and COO

Overall, it was probably the best interview experience I've ever had. Their people and culture are truly amazing. While unfortunately I couldn't end up accepting the offer due to personal circumstances, it was a great experience nonetheless.
