The interview process included:
- HR screening
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical interview 1 (code review)
- Technical interview 2 (systems design)
Interviews 1 and 2 were pretty standard. Technical interview 3 involved a code review/pair programming assignment. The questions were reasonable. I didn't make it to interview 4, so I can't comment on that one.
I asked for feedback on why my application did not move forward, and I heard back from HR. I greatly appreciate Snyk's transparency, so kudos to them. Thank you for making this rejection a positive experience!
