Leadership Team is top-notch - highly competent, laser-focused on executing the vision of Sofi being the "AWS of Fintech".
Engineering - Top-notch engineering talent from FAANG companies, lots of growing pains to solve, new product launches, etc.
Can't think of any at the moment.
