It had two rounds.
First round was aptitude and technical, a written exam followed by Skype interviews. The written exam had topics from C, C++, networking, OS, and DS.
The exam had tricky MCQs. All the best.

Pros: With a very small team, I get to work across our entire technology stack. I have learned a great deal in a very small time.
Cons: Working hours are very long, with management encouraging even longer hours.
