From NIE Mysore, the 1st round was a little tough since it's on merittrac.com/pariksha. The technical round was pretty easy. Aptitude was a little tough. The interview round is easy; just tell them you're a good coder, and you're in for the next round. The interview panel doesn't know much about coding; they concentrate more on OS. The next round was managerial; it was easy. HR was after Managerial. I cleared all the rounds but was not selected.
