Pros: - Brilliant coworkers
- Top tier management
- Lack of red tape, able to iterate and collaborate very quickly
Cons: - WLB is quite rough at times
- Elon fanboyism isn't rampant, but does exist
- Lack of red tape also means a lack of guardrails, leading to stress and anxiety at times

Pros: Cool if you're an Elon fanboy or NPC, constant desire for improvement, and you stay busy. Also, snacks.
Cons: Low pay, long hours, tight schedules, and HR that is garbage.
