First, I received a call from HR and was asked some basic engineering questions. After that, I was given an assessment sheet to fill out with basic QC questions.
The next phone interview focused on background and behavioral questions.
The third phone interview was tough. Know your fundamentals (EE and ME), as they WILL ask you random engineering knowledge questions. I got 2 out of 3 "correct." They will also ask a brain teaser, which I got right.
I thought all the interviews went okay, but they must have a 100% "correct" criteria, as I received the "we'll pass" email two weeks later. The entire process took about a month, so settle in.
