I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week.
Told me I was interviewing for a general position (I am a GNC engineer grad student), but had me interview for an autonomy and controls team under graduate mechanical engineer title... very confusing. Had to present a project I worked on (very simulation heavy) and was rejected because I didn't have enough hardware implementation experience (since I was interviewing for a production automation role I guess?). So it seems like the hiring process in this specific case was very unorganized. And they had me solve a piston cylinder problem and I failed it because I had to do it in my head and they were rushing me because it was only like a 15-30 minute interview.
