Process
Long interview process, consisting of:
- Phone interviews
- An emailed test problem
- More phone interviews
- Several 1:1 interviews
- A presentation throughout a one-day onsite visit
followed by, you guessed it, more phone interviews with those who couldn't make it for the 1:1s. Highly technical and very exhausting, but intriguingly enjoyable.

Pros: You see direct impact in your work everyday. You get to actually feel like you are changing the world and see it everyday. You work with the brightest minds and get to learn from them non-stop.
Cons: With a large mission and large vision comes large responsibilities. You must learn to prioritize quickly and be self-sufficient in your work.
