Recruiter reached out via text message. Two phone screens, one people and one technical focused. Technical questions were pretty straightforward checking fundamentals. The onsite interview was scheduled within a few weeks - they cover flights and housing. The interview starts with a technical portfolio review and then switches to one-on-one factory walkthroughs where you answer technical questions about things that are pointed out on the line. Pretty cool team and fun interview process.
