The interview process began with an initial HR phone screen, followed by two rounds of technical interviews conducted over the phone. Candidates were then flown on-site for a day-long technical panel interview and presentation.

The phone interviews were relatively simple, touching on basic first principles and discussing prior experience.

However, the on-site interview proved to be incredibly difficult, a challenge exacerbated by a surprisingly cold hiring team.

Ultimately, an HR representative informed me halfway through the day that my on-site interview was being cut short. This decision was attributed to the team's dissatisfaction with my performance in the on-site technical interviews and design challenges.
