I went through three interviews:

• Recruiter Interview: Largely informational to gather more details on the openings and the specialties at each site.
• Manager Interview: Focused on culture fit, with questions centering around how I addressed challenges and perceived progress.
• Technical Team Member Interview: This final interview was with a technical member of the team holding the opening. It included some basic mechanical engineering test questions (kinematics, fluids, prototyping). The interviewer talked me through some parts when I got stuck or started heading in the wrong direction and allowed me to correct my answers. They also asked about my previous experience and work style.
