NDT Level II Interview Experience - Hawthorne, California
Process
I conducted seven interviews in one day. I also received a tour of the facility and met most of the NDT Level III's and floor supervisors.
Each interview was a one-on-one setting, not a group or panel. I answered all questions to the best of my ability and eventually received a job offer.
During the last interview, the interviewer asked how he could trust what I was saying. I simply replied, "Integrity."
