Process
The interview process included:
- One technical take-home assignment.
- One phone call, which was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. This call was first with a software manager, and then the assignment was reviewed by a team of engineers.
Questions
During the phone call, I was asked in-depth questions about my projects at school and things listed on my resume. The take-home assignment was a fun and interesting aerospace-related project, but it didn't require too much outside physics knowledge since it was for a software engineering internship.

Pros: Super cool company, and be ready to work and have fun
Cons: Lots of work, but not too much: 50-60 hours plus getting paged and extra, so ~60-65 for FT.

Pros: Excellent and unmatched empowerment, freedom, and lack of bureaucracy. Smart and helpful people at every corner. Great pay when considering stocks.
Cons: Be ready for extreme pressure to deliver on things you've never done before and have little to no time to get up to speed learning. It can be very stressful and very difficult to perform at a high level compared to others. You can survive at the company with good work, but the only way to thrive is to go extremely above and beyond, which is a hard task when everyone is doing exactly that.
